Sometimes you just need a little help getting used to new thing but don't know where to start. Below are some of the most commonly asked questions to help get you up and running using the full suite of features that Mac Media offers.
It is best to configure your Plex player to always attempt to play the maximum quality. This is both good for you and for the server. Just follow the steps in the video with instructions on changing the default for your device.
The video quality may look bad because you are streaming it at a lower resolution and bitrate. To change this just adjust the streaming quality from within the app/player. If you experience buffering lower the video quality
You may notice a number of options on the side bar of Plex that you dont want such as Live TV, Tidel, etc. Well you can remove those so you just see the content provided by Mac Media. Follow the video steps below.
It's simple just go to
request.mcknzmedia.com,
sign into your account using your Plex account
From there you will be able to search for anything you want and
request it.
Forgot your password? Don't worry it happens to the best of us. As
Request uses your Plex account you will need to reset them
here
Once reset simply sign in using you new Plex details.
